Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order before it has been processed and dispatched for delivery. Once an order is shipped and handed over to the courier, cancellation is not possible. To cancel, please contact our support at 01303388350 immediately.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to health, hygiene, and authenticity reasons, cosmetics and skincare products cannot be returned once opened or used.

We only accept returns or exchanges if:

1. The product delivered was damaged during transit.

2. The wrong product or incorrect shade/variant was delivered.

3. The product is unopened, unused, and in its original intact packaging.

Inspection at Delivery

We strongly encourage customers to unbox and check products in front of the delivery agent. Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery along with clear photo/video proof.

Refunds

If a return or order cancellation is approved, refunds will be issued within 3 to 7 business days via original payment method, bKash, Nagad, or bank transfer.
